Any information we collect from you using short code text messages will be used solely for health care related services, contact you have otherwise agreed to, and other lawful purposes (including your treatment, payment, and our health care operations). We will never share or disclose any of your data with third parties except in accordance with state and federal laws including but not limited to the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”).
